Security
We take precautions to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information such as credit card data and similar sensitive information it is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.  You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. In addition to using encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees and third party entities who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

FlowingBusiness.com is a website dedicated to (a) providing products and services to our Members that help them grow and expand their on-line business presence, (b) assisting our visitors (non-members) in learning more about the businesses our Members have, and (c) educating, informing and assisting both our Members and website visitors about various ways to use the internet. We offer both free and paid memberships, but you need not become a member to learn about business services offered by our paid and free Members. We may during the normal and ordinary course of business collect and use Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) which we define as your name, e-mail address, street address, telephone number an possibly certain other information, subject to the terms of this privacy policy. However, we will never sell, barter, or rent your email address or any other Personally Identifiable Information to any unauthorized third party. Never. Period.

Collection, Storage and Use of PII
How we collect and store PII information about you will depend on the page you are visiting on the site. It also depends on which activities you elect to participate in, as for example if you become a Member of the Community, buy a product or service or simply visit and search the website. FlowingBusiness.com does not and will not knowingly collect or solicit Personally Identifiable Information from or about children. Minor children under the age of 18 are prohibited from visiting or using the website except as allowed by a parent or guardian and children under the age of 13 are prohibited from accessing or using the website, even with parental or guardian approval. If we discover we have received any information from a minor child under the age of 18 who has accessed and used our website without consent of a parent or guardian, or a minor child under the age of 13, that is a violation of this policy. We will delete all PII and other information related to such visits immediately. Use of the Information we Collect For Customer Service
In general terms we use PII we collect to provide a better customer experience for our visitors, and more specifically we will use it to help us provide you with information, products and services that are directly responsive to you regarding the reason you contacted us, such as the processing of e-commerce transactions. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, changes to this privacy policy and other information pertinent to our Company and the website.

Providing Information for Shipping
We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as may be necessary to fulfill a request you may make of us, such as to ship an order.

Venue, Mediation & Aribtration
This Privacy Policy and the use of this Site are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. If a dispute should arise concerning it, or concerning any other matter related to our website and our Company, we mutually agree to first attempt to resolve it by using a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Carson City, Nevada, or in any other mutually agreed upon place. Attendance at any mediation meeting may be by teleconference or video conference.  Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with any such mediation will be shared equally by each of us. If we are unable to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution using mediation then we mutually agree that we will submit the dispute for binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association to an arbitrator based in or near Carson City, Nevada. Judgment upon the award rendered by any such arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so, however any such award or judgment shall be strictly limited to actual costs paid by you for any products or services we provided, and shall exclude any costs of discovery and shall also exclude any award for damages or punitive damages beyond your verifiable costs. This statement and the policies outlined herein are not intended to create, and do not create, any contractual rights or obligations, nor any other legal rights, for or on behalf of any party.
